There is no substitute for strength period…
You are either strong or you’re not, and it’s really that simple.
Unfortunately as we get older in age, most adults in the United States will become physically weaker. As a society we have become less physically active resulting in a , and as a result become physically weaker as we get older.
Our STRONG program is that simple and is makes us unique and radically different from every other fitness club/gym in the area because we focus on strength as the primary basis of functional health, body recomposition, and athletic and sport performance. We forge strength through basic barbell and bodyweight training that is simple and effective, but grounded in hard, yet rewarding work, impeccable form, and injury prevention.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe strength training for everyone regardless of age, and focus on using the basic, compound barbell lifts (the squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press) is the single most important aspect of our training.
We change the way people look and feel because we have the simplest and most effective method for building strength, conditioning, and health by utilizing specific barbell and bodyweight training to progressively move people from beginner to novice to intermediate to advanced.
We instill confidence through community. Members are engaged in an atmosphere that is competitive, but encouraging (and addicting), leaving everyone feeling like they are part of a family or exclusive club.

OUR FORMULA

STRONG is uniquely and radically different from our signature Metabolic Afterburner program, or other fitness club/gyms in the area for that matter,  because we focus on strength as the basis of functional health, body recomposition, and athletic and sport performance.
We forge strength through basic barbell and bodyweight training regardless of age that is simple and effective, but grounded in hard, yet rewarding work, impeccable form, and injury prevention.
We believe group training and the group dynamic is a key to our success as our clients compete-with, encourage, and develop community with the others in their group regardless of age.
Our clients gain confidence as they change their bodies by moving through the STRONG Progression, as well as becoming part of the community at Dallas Underground Strength and Fitness.
But all of our members’ primary goals tend to be performance-based rather than aesthetic-based—everyone wants to look better, but it’s usually secondary. They understand that strength is the foundation for whatever goal they may have.
